On October 29 2015, Tycoon Industrier AS, a company

controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen, sold 10,000

shares at NOK 6 per share.

On October 29 2015, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS, a company

controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen, sold 843,310

shares at NOK 6 per share.

On October 29 2015, Strata Marine & Offshore AS

("Strata"), a company controlled by Øystein Stray

Spetalen, sold 2,146,690 shares at NOK 6 per share.

Strata has undertaken a customary lock-up for its

remaining holding of 3,304,283 shares in Aqualis ASA

lasting until 28 January 2016.

After the transactions Øystein Stray Spetalen and

associated companies hold 3,304,283 shares in Aqualis

ASA corresponding to 7.60 % of the outstanding shares.
