Aqualis ASA: CFO resigns

16 December 2015 - Christian Opsahl has resigned from the position as CFO of

Aqualis ASA to pursue interests outside the company.

Mr Opsahl's last day of employment will be 31 December 2015, but he will be

available to provide support to the company during the interim phase until a new

CFO is in place.

The search for a new CFO will start immediately.
