Oslo, Norway - April 7, 2017: The Annual General Meeting of Aqualis ASA will be

held on 15 May 2017 at 13:00 CET at Bleikerveien 17, 1387 Asker, Norway. The

formal notice for the Annual General Meeting will be sent to all shareholders

registered in the Norwegian Central Security Depository (VPS).
