The annual general meeting of Aqualis ASA will be held on 20 May 2016 at 13:00

CET at Bleikerveien 17, 1387 Asker, Norway. The formal notice for the Annual

General Meeting has been sent to all shareholders registered in the Norwegian

Central Security Depository (VPS).
