ABG - Share transactions

With reference to our press release of 4 January 2019, ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (“ABG”) today sold 500,000 ABG-shares to a departing partner as settlement of a forward contract previously entered into. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 3.36 per share. The previously agreed price of NOK 4.43 per share is adjusted for dividends and earlier settlement of the forward contract.

In addition, ABG purchased 500,000 ABG-shares from the departing partner at a price of NOK 7.8136 per share, reflecting the restrictions imposed on partner shares.

ABGSC owns 26,710,071 treasury shares following the transactions above. ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 93,552,800 shares with settlement in 2021 – 2025. ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new shares.
