With reference to previously press releases, ABGSC sold today 1,237,000 shares to partners as settlement of forward contracts that were previously entered into. The shares were sold at an average price of NOK 1.8216 per share. The previously announced prices have been adjusted for dividends and interest changes.

ABGSC owns 18,288,304 treasury shares following the transaction above. The company has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 102,790,600 shares with settlement in 2022-2026.

Jonas Ström has purchased 472,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.50 per share as settlement of forward contract previously entered into. The previously agreed price of NOK 7.78 per share has been adjusted for dividends and interest changes. Following the transaction Jonas Ström owns 1,600,000 shares plus 4,275,000 shares on forward contracts. His total holding incl. forward contracts is unchanged.

Johan Linden has purchased 325,000 shares at a price of NOK 2.02 per share as settlement of forward contract previously entered into. The previously agreed price of NOK 5.28 per share has been adjusted for dividends and interest changes. Following the transaction Johan Linden owns 475,000 shares plus 4,450,000 shares on forward contracts. His total holding incl. forward contracts is unchanged.
