Piero AS has today purchased 1,000,000 ABG-shares from Giotto AS at a price of NOK 9.50 per share. Both Piero AS and Giotto AS are companies owned by Knut Brundtland and his family.

Knut Brundtland, incl. the family owned companies Giotto AS and Piero AS, owns 4,083,000 ABG-shares plus 10,000,000 shares on forward contracts following the transactions. His total holding of ABG-shares is unchanged.
