ABGSC - Share transactions

With reference to our press release of 11 March 2019, ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (“ABGSC”) on 14 October 2020 sold 125,000 ASC-shares to a departing partner as settlement of a forward contract previously entered into. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 3.10 per share. The previously agreed price of NOK 4.01 per share is adjusted for dividends and earlier settlement of the forward contract.

In addition, ABGSC purchased 125,000 ASC-shares from the departing partner at a price of NOK 5.65 per share, reflecting the restrictions imposed on partner shares.

ABGSC owns 28,988,571 treasury shares following the transactions above. ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 96,031,300 shares with settlement in 2021 – 2025. ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new shares.
