Giotto AS, a company owned by the Chairman of the Board Knut Brundtland and his family, on 14 October 2020 sold 500,000 ASC-shares to his son Arne Malm Brundtland. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 5.87 per share.
Knut Brundtland, incl. the family owned company Giotto AS, owns 4,083,000 shares plus 7,500,000 shares on forward contracts following the transaction.
