ABG - Mandatory notification of trade
Knut Brundtland has today sold 300,000 ABG-shares to Piero AS at a price of NOK 6.70 per share. Piero AS is a company owned by Knut Brundtland and his family.
Knut Brundtland, incl. the family-owned companies Giotto AS and Piero AS, owns 11,583,000 ABG-shares plus 2,500,000 shares on forward contracts following the transaction. His exposure towards ABG shares remains unchanged after the transaction.
