As part of an internal reorganization, Sanden AS has on 15 December 2021 sold 39 082 233 shares in ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (“ABG”), corresponding to 8.30% of the currently outstanding shares, at NOK 8.70 per share. Sanden AS owns zero shares in ABG after the transaction.

Sanden Equity AS has on 15 December 2021 acquired 39 082 233 shares in ABG, corresponding to 8.30% of the currently outstanding shares, at NOK 8.70 per share. Sanden Equity AS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanden AS. Sanden Equity AS owns 39 082 233 shares in ABG after the transaction.

Both Sanden AS and Sanden Equity AS are closely related parties to Jan Petter Collier, primary insider, and board member in ABG. In addition to Sanden Equity’s shares in ABG, Jan Petter Collier owns 1 239 767 shares in ABG personally. Total number of shares owned by Jan Petter Collier and related parties are unchanged after the transaction.
