ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (OSE: ASC) today

announced a placement of 3,318,300 shares from

partners of the firm to institutional investors and a

board member. The shares were sold at a price of NOK

5.43 per share.

One insider has sold shares in the transaction. Knut

Brundtland has through the company Giotto AS sold

200,000 shares. Following the transaction Knut

Brundtland through the company Giotto AS owns 722,200

shares and 5,100,000 shares on forward contracts.

Board member Jørgen C. Arentz Rostrup has through his

company Roccasio AS purchased 40,000 shares in the

transaction. Following the transaction Jørgen C.

Arentz Rostrup and his company Roccasio AS owns

40,000 shares.

Following the placement partners of ABG Sundal

Collier will hold approx. 30% of the fully diluted

number of shares in the company.
