ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (“ABGSC”) today sold 10,500,000 ABG shares to partners at a price of NOK 7.05 per share, reflecting the restrictions imposed on partner shares.

ABGSC owns 16,025,304 treasury shares following the transactions above, corresponding to 3.40% of the outstanding number of shares. ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 104,027,600 shares with settlement in 2021 – 2026. ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new shares.
