Piero AS, a company owned by the family of Chairman of the Board, Knut Brundtland, has today sold 500,000 ASC-shares to his daughter Anna Brundtland. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 4.41 per share.
Piero AS owns zero shares after the transaction. Knut Brundtland, incl. the family owned company Giotto AS, owns 4,583,000 shares plus 7,500,000 shares on forward contracts following the transaction.
