Shares transferred to the ABG Sundal Collier Foundation - For Women In Finance
As stated in the 2017 Annual Report, ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA ("ABGSC"), Jan Petter Collier, Knut Brundtland, Judy Bollinger and Arild A. Engh have established the ABG Sundal Collier Foundation - For Women in Finance. The Foundation's purpose is to provide financial assistance to any project or measure that the Foundation's Board of Directors believes can promote and sustain equality for women in the financial sector in Scandinavia.
In connection with the establishing of the Foundation, the following has transferred ASC-shares to the Foundation:
ABGSC has transferred 2,500,000 ASC-shares to the Foundation. A cost of NOK 15m will be booked in the P&L in Q2. After the transfer, ABGSC owns 14,988,739 treasury shares. ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 41,115,500 shares with settlement in 2018-2023. ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new shares.
Sanden AS has transferred 500,000 ASC-shares to the Foundation. After the transfer, Jan Petter Collier, incl. the family owned company Sanden AS, owns 40,131,000 ASC-shares.
Giotto AS AS has transferred 500,000 ASC-shares to the Foundation. After the transfer, Knut Brundtland, incl. the family owned companies Giotto AS and Piero AS, owns 5,083,000 ASC-shares.
Judy Bollinger has transferred 100,000 ASC-shares to the Foundation. After the transfer, Judy Bollinger owns 1,990,934 ASC-shares.
Kilen AS has transferred 100,000 ASC-shares to the Foundation. After the transfer, Arild A. Engh, incl. the 100% controlled Kilen AS, owns 5,332,976 ASC-shares.
