ABG - Minutes from the Annual General Meeting
ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has today held the Annual General Meeting. Attached at www.newsweb.no you will find the minutes from the meeting. The AGM approved a dividend payment of NOK 0.50 per share to shareholders as of 26 April 2023. The share will trade ex. this dividend payment from 27 April 2023.
All other proposals on the agenda were also approved.
