The Annual General Meeting of ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA will be held in the office in Vika Atrium, Oslo on 20 April 2021 at 11:00 CET. In response to social distancing measures, shareholders are requested to avail themselves of the possibilities of voting by proxy, as described in the notice of the meeting, and as far as possible to refrain from attending in person.
