Minutes from the Annual General Meeting

ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has today held the

Annual General Meeting. Attached at www.newsweb.no

you will find the minutes from the meeting. The AGM

approved to pay a dividend of NOK 0.50 per share to

the shareholders as of 24 April 2014. The share will

trade ex. this dividend payment from tomorrow 25

April 2014.

All other resolutions were also approved.
