Reasons of annual financial results	Sales growth from existing and new branches by 14.7%, and improvement in profit margin. Despite realizing losses of SR 9.5 million from an affiliate of one subsidiary, but the Company maintained growth in its profits.
Reclassifications in annual financial results	Some comparative figures have been reclassified to be consistent with the presentation of the current year.
Other notes	Earnings per share for 2013 were restated to SR 4.28, so as to reflect the increase in the Company capital from 22.5 million shares to 45 million shares according to approval of the extraordinary general assembly held on April 6, 2014.
