The board of directors of Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company held on 03/10/2012 its first meeting for the second session which started on 03/10/2012 for a period of three years. the board has re-elected Mr. Abdullah Saleh Ali Al-Othaim as chairman of the board in addition to re-forming the sub-committees of the board (Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration committee) .
