APPLICATION FOR A REVIEW BY THE GEM LISTING REVIEW COMMITTEE

This announcement is made by abc Multiactive Limited (the “ Company ”) pursuant to Rule 9.17 of the GEM Listing Rule and the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 15 March 2021, 23 March 2021, 13 July 2021 and 14 July 2021 (the “ Announcements ”). Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

As mentioned in the announcements of the Company dated 13 July 2021 and 14 July 2021, the Company may request the LC’s Decision referred to the GEM Listing Review Committee for a further and final review under Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules.

APPLICATION FOR A REVIEW BY THE GEM LISTING REVIEW COMMITTEE

On 22 July 2021, the Company filed an application for a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee in relation to the LC’s Decision.

Should there be any material development(s), further announcement(s) will be made by the Company as and when appropriate and in accordance with the requirements of the GEM Listing Rules. Shareholders of the Company who have any queries about the implications of the Stock Exchange’s notice to cancel the Company’s listing are advised to obtain appropriate professional advice.
