The board of directors (the “Board”) of abc Multiactive Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has been informed that the name of its registered office, assistant secretary and resident representative in Bermuda has been changed from Codan Services Limited to Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited with effect from 31 March 2017.

The address of the Company’s registered office, assistant secretary and resident representative in Bermuda remains unchanged.
