Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of abc Multiactive Limited ("ABC MULTIACTIVE") will cease
after the close of business on Thursday, 12/02/2004. As from the close of
business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 8395) of ABC MULTIACTIVE as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of ABC
MULTIACTIVE will only be under the following arrangements: -
