ANNOUNCEMENT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of abc Multiactive Limited (the “Company”) announces that, with effect from 1st February 2002, Mr. Anthony Wai Hung Au has resigned as executive director of the Company, compliance officer, authorized representative of the Company under the GEM Listing Rules, and also as the authorized representative of the Company for the acceptance of service of process in Hong Kong and Mr. Danny Che Wah Lam has resigned as company secretary of the Company under the GEM Listing Rules.

The Board also announces that, with effect from 1st February 2002, Mr. Terence Chi Yan Hui, an executive director, has been appointed as the compliance officer of the Company and Mr. Billy Kin Wah Chan has been appointed as the company secretary, the authorized representative of the Company under the GEM Listing Rules and also for the authorized representative for the acceptance of process in Hong Kong. Mr. Billy Kin Wah Chan, aged 38, is also the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from the University of Ottawa in Canada and a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of New South Wales in Australia. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants, a Certified Practising Accountant member of CPA Australia and a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
