CHANGE OF QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company hereby announces that Mr. Kelvin Wai Tak Yeung (“Mr. Yeung”) is formally appointed as the new Qualified Accountant of the Company on 23rd May, 2001 to replace Mr. Andy Chiu Poon (“Mr Poon”). Mr. Poon was previously appointed as the Qualified Accountant and resigned on 22nd May, 2001.

Mr. Yeung is an associate member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. Mr Yeung will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and related matters of the Company.
