CHANGE OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT, COMPANY SECRETARY, AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the “Board”) of abc Multiactive Limited (the “Company”) announces that, with effect from 20th August 2003, Mr. Billy Kin Wah Chan (“Mr. Chan”) has tendered his resignation as executive director, qualified accountant, company secretary, authorised representative and authorised representative for the acceptance of service of process in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan resigned on his personal accord to pursue his career advancement. Mr. Chan confirms that there are no matters, which should be brought to the attention of the Company’s shareholders in relation to his resignation.

The Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from 20th August 2003, Mr. Siu Leong Cheung (“Mr. Cheung”) has been formally appointed as the new qualified accountant, company secretary, authorised representative, and authorised representative for the acceptance of service of process in Hong Kong. Mr. Cheung is an associate member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. Mr. Cheung will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and related matters of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cheung was the qualified accountant and company secretary for Jian ePayment Systems Limited, another GEM listed company, and had worked in the auditing, accounting and financial field for more than six years.
