Sub: Clarification for Movement in Price

In response to your e-mail dated 17^th September, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures of the events pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from time to time and has not withheld any material information/ event that in our opinion would have a bearing on the price/ volume in the scrip.

The Fnancial Results for the quarter ended on $30^th$ June, 2019 was published on $14^th$ August, 2019 and same was also intimated to your exchange in time with due compliance of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Improvement in the working vis-à-vis financial results might have lead to price and volume movement in your exchange.

We would also like to mention that the promoters have not bought/sold any shares of the Company.

The Company is law abiding and complies with the requirements of the laws in time.
