Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the rating for Long Term credit facilities from the Bankers of the Company have been revised from CARE BB+ (Double ^B Plus; Outlook: Stable) to CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus: Outlook: Stable) and for Short Term credit facilities have been revised from CARE A4+ (A Four Plus) to CARE A3 (A Three) by rating agencies, viz. CARE Ratings Limited (Formerly known as Credit Analysis & Research Limited) as communicated vide their letter dated 26082019.
