Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., June 11, 2021, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Sharma as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing from January 01, 2022 to December 31, 2026.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations are as follows:

Date of appointment& term of appointment	On recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board ofDirectors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., June 11, 2021, has re-appointed Mr. Sanjeev Sharma as Managing Director of the Company for a furtherperiod of 5 years commencing from January 01, 2022 to December 31, 2026.The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
Brief Profile	Mr. Sanjeev Sharma is holding the position of the Managing Director of theCompany effective January 1, 2016.He joined ABB in the year 1990 and managed various business leadership roleswith base in India, Switzerland, Germany and Malaysia. Prior to his appointmentas Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Sharma had held the position of GlobalManaging Director of a ABB business division.He is an engineering graduate and has attended several executive managementdevelopment programs.

Further, we wish to confirm that Mr. Sanjeev Sharma has not been debarred from holding the office of Director, by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.
