II. appointed Mr. Sunil Laxman Naik (ACS 15414) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective October 6, 2021. The additional disclosures as prescribed in SEBI Circular ClR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the Annexure.
