• I. approved to update the existing address of the Registered and Corporate Office of the Company, by adding words “Disha - 3[rd] Floor”. With this, the address of the Registered and Corporate Office of the Company will be “Disha - 3[rd] Floor, Plot No. 5 & 6, 2[nd] Stage, Peenya Industrial Area IV, Peenya, Bengaluru - 560 058, Karnataka, India” with effect from October 6, 2021.

• II. appointed Mr. Sunil Laxman Naik (ACS 15414) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective October 6, 2021. The additional disclosures as prescribed in SEBI Circular ClR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the Annexure.
