• I. approved the resignation of Mr. Sunil Laxman Naik, as Company Secretary of the Company effective closure of business hours of December 21, 2021; and
• II. appointed Mr. Trivikram Guda (ACS 17685) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective December 22, 2021.
