Accordingly, the subject of the Outcome of Earnings Call shall be read as Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Audio Recording of Earnings Call Q4 FY 2023-24.
Apart from the correction as mentioned above there is no change in the intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 as submitted to the Stock exchanges on May 15, 2024.
