This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 29, 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved: -

1. Appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for first term of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029- 2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). 2. Appointment of M/s. V. C. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 to conduct the Internal Audit of the Company. ( Refer Annexure B )

3. Changes in the list of Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company in terms of the Regulation 16(1)(d) SEBI Listing Regulations as provided hereunder. ( Refer Annexure C )
