NOTIFICATION OF NEW SECURITYHOLDING

Abacus Storage King (ASX:ASK) (‘ASK’) advises that Runway Technologies Pty Limited (an entity that according to the consolidated financial statements of National Storage REIT (ASX:NSR) as at 30 June 2024 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NSR) has become a new entrant on ASK’s securityholder register.

Following a register review (received on 24 April 2025), as at 22 April 2025, Runway Technologies owned approximately 56 million ASK securities, representing a ~4.3% interest in ASK. It is possible that subsequent trading may have altered this position.

ASK will provide further updates to the market as appropriate.
