NEW BOARD APPOINTMENT – CLIVE BERELOWITZ

The Abacus Storage King (ASX:ASK) Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Clive Berelowitz as a Non-Executive Director, effective 19 November 2025.

Mr. Berelowitz is an Investment Director at Ki Corporation, a significant securityholder in ASK and a global single-family office, where he is responsible for leading direct investments and driving portfolio value creation across private equity and real assets.

Mr. Berelowitz brings extensive experience in corporate strategy, investment, and operational leadership. Based in the United States, he has an in-depth knowledge of global Self Storage markets and trends.

Previously, Mr. Berelowitz served as Chief Executive Officer of American Trade Finance, a direct commercial lender; Vice President at Jetro/Restaurant Depot, a leading U.S. wholesale foodservice group; and Partner at Grovepoint Capital, where he led control investments in the United Kingdom and Western Europe.

Mr. Berelowitz is considered to be a Non-Independent Director.
