Appointment and resignation of Company Secretary

Abacus Property Group (ASX:ABP) is pleased to announce that Ms Rebecca Pierro has been appointed and Mr Robert Baulderstone has resigned as Company Secretary, effective from 20 October 2021. Mr Baulderstone will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Rebecca Pierro will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
