Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, we request an immediate trading halt in relation to Abacus Property Group stapled securities.

1. Abacus is in the advanced stages of conducting a bookbuild fundraising.

2. Abacus requests a trading halt for up to 2 trading days.

3. The event that will end the trading halt is an announcement by Abacus regarding the outcome of the fundraising.

4. Abacus is not aware of any reason why the request for a trading halt should not be granted.
