ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

September quarterly distribution

The record date for determining entitlements to the Abacus Property Group distribution for the quarter ending 30 September 2007 will be 28 September 2007. The distribution rate will be 3.25 cents per stapled security. Payment of the distribution will be on or about 8 November 2007.

The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will apply to this distribution. The issue price of securities under the DRP will be a 2% discount to the volume weighted average price of securities traded on the ASX over the five business days up to and including the record date.
