ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Date of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Abacus Property Group will be held at 10.00 am on Wednesday 14 November 2007. Directors will be elected to the boards of Abacus Group Holdings Limited and Abacus Group Projects Limited at the meeting.

The Companies’ constitutions state that the closing date for the receipt of nominations of directors is 5.00 pm (EST) 35 business days before the meeting.
