ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Sale of Noble Park industrial complex

Abacus Property Group is pleased to announce that contracts have been exchanged for the sale of the industrial complex at 500 Princes Highway, Noble Park in southeast Melbourne to Becton Investment Management Limited for $27.95 million.

The 4.2 hectare property was sold following the recent re-leasing of the specialised laboratory and warehouse facilities at the property. The sale price reflects a yield of approximately 6.7%.
