Abacus Property Group (ASX:ABP) advises that following the Annual General Meeting, Holly Kramer has retired from the Board following four years of service to Abacus Property Group.

The Board would like to reiterate its gratitude and thanks to Holly for her contributions and leadership during her service.

In accordance with the requirements of ASX Listing Rule 3.19A. Abacus Property Group provides the attached Appendix 3Z for Holly Kramer to the ASX.
