Self Storage Acquisitions Update

Abacus Property Group (“Abacus”) (ASX:ABP) is pleased to announced it has exchanged contracts for the acquisition of five Self Storage properties for $57 million with settlement anticipated by calendar year end.

The acquisition comprises:

  • Four purpose-built Storage King facilities located in metropolitan Perth, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. (Sourced off market via the Storage King relationship)

  • One metropolitan Sydney development site to accommodate a future multi-level facility. (Sourced on market)

These transactions align with our strategic priorities and support Abacus’ transition to a strong asset backed, annuity style business model.
