ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Merger with Abacus Storage Fund

The 4,493,957 ABP stapled securities that were allocated to the sale facility by electing Abacus Storage Fund securityholders and by participating foreign securityholders as part of the merger have been sold.

The securities were sold via a bookbuild to a number of existing securityholders at $1.92 per security.
