ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Joint venture residential development in Lewisham, NSW sold

Abacus Property Group is pleased to announce that the Lewisham residential development has been sold for $48.5 million. This is one of the three projects that comprise the Group’s RCL portfolio of joint venture projects.

The net sale proceeds have been applied to reduce Abacus’s capital exposure to the remaining two RCL projects.
