New Board Appointment

Abacus Property Group (“Abacus”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Holly Kramer to the Abacus Board effective from today.

Abacus Chairman, Mr John Thame, said “We welcome Holly to the Board. Holly brings a significant range of skills and expertise in a number of important areas relevant to our business, and we look forward to her contribution.”

Holly is currently Deputy Chair of Australia Post and a non-executive director of Woolworths. Holly brings a strong customer lens given her career across consumer and retail, with customer centricity in marketing. She has substantial ASX governance experience including leading a Remuneration Committee. Holly will chair the Abacus Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Holly will stand for election as a director at the next Annual General Meeting in November 2019.
