ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Change of Chief Financial Officer

Abacus Property Group announces that the current Chief Financial Officer, Rod de Aboitiz has tendered his resignation and will leave Abacus at the end of November 2012 to pursue other opportunities.

Robert Baulderstone, Abacus’ General Manager Finance, will become Chief Financial Officer after Rod leaves. Rob has been with Abacus since 2007. Prior to that, Rob was the chief financial officer of a national wealth management group.

Abacus’ Managing Director, Dr Frank Wolf, acknowledged Rod’s contribution to the Group: “Rod has been with Abacus since 2006 and has been a valuable member of the Group’s executive management team during that time. He leaves Abacus in a strong financial position and we wish him well with his next endeavours”.
