Zarząd GOLAB S.A. z siedzibą w Żaganiu informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Spółki w dniu 27 czerwca 2019 roku podjęło uchwałę o dalszym istnieniu Spółki.

Podjęcie ww. uchwały nastąpiło na podstawie art. 397 Kodeksu spółek handlowych, w związku ze stratę przewyższającą sumę kapitałów zapasowego i rezerwowego oraz 1/3 kapitału zakładowego.
