AB Dynamics plc ("AB Dynamics" or the "Company"), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it has been notified that on 9 July 2025, Mrs Sarah Matthews-DeMers, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1544 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Matthews-DeMers has an interest in 31,091 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
