AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 5 September 2019, Stephen Neads, a director of Anthony Best Dynamics Ltd, disposed of 10,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 2765 pence per share, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Neads remains interested in 67,986 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
